The Opportunity
Blueprint.

Find the work worth automating.

You know where the work gets stuck. We help you figure out what to build, what it should change, and how to get there.

A conversation first. No commitment to a project.

01 / Find your starting point

Familiar problems.
A better way through.

The best first project usually starts with work your team knows too well. Here are four places we can help.

Contracts & procurement

Less searching. More certainty.

When the answer is buried in an agreement, your reviewer needs the clause, the context, and a finding they can check.

What changes

Identify obligations and restrictions, verify them against the agreement, and put the source next to every finding.

Discuss a workflow like this

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Illustrative workspace. Fictional data, no live client systems or promised results.

Agentic workflows

02 / Before you commit to a build

Know what you are building.
And why.

If there is a fit, a scoped, typically two-week Blueprint turns the conversation into a plan your team can act on.

01

A workflow map

The people, systems, and handoffs involved. The bottlenecks worth fixing first.

02

A practical business case

Time, volume, and cost today. An opportunity estimate with the assumptions in plain sight.

03

A clear set of controls

What an agent can handle, what rules should cover, and what stays with your team.

04

An implementation plan

The architecture, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for a scoped first build.

Scope and pricing agreed before kickoff. Implementation is a separate decision.

Talk through your starting point

03 / Let's talk about your work

What is taking
too much time?

The review that takes days. The answer buried in five systems. The handoff everyone has to chase. Tell us about it, even if you are not sure what the solution looks like.

A person on our team will get back to you.
Usually within one business day.

From there, we keep it simple.

We talk through the workflow and decide whether we can help. If it makes sense to go further, we agree on scope and pricing together.

The people behind the plan

Veteran-owned. Senior-led. Our enterprise and federal experience means evidence, access, and human oversight are part of the work from day one.

A little more context

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Am I committing to a project?

No. Sending a message starts a conversation. The Blueprint is a scoped, paid engagement, and we agree on deliverables and pricing before you decide. You are not signing up for software or committing to an implementation.

What happens after I send the form?

We review the workflow and follow up within one business day to arrange an introduction. We confirm fit, scope, and pricing before any paid engagement. Submitting this form does not purchase a Blueprint or commit you to a build.

How long does the Blueprint take?

A scoped Blueprint typically takes two weeks from kickoff, subject to access to your business owner and relevant workflow information. Implementation is a separate engagement, with a timeline agreed after discovery.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

Usually, the first step is to understand and connect the systems you already use. We assess access, APIs, data quality, and permissions before recommending changes. No integration is assumed until it has been checked.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

One repetitive workflow, the systems involved, and a rough sense of the time it takes. No technical specification is needed. Do not send confidential files, health information, credentials, or restricted material through this form.

You do not need a perfect brief.

Just a place to start.
