Who we are

OptiSyn Solutions LLC ("OptiSyn," "we," "us") is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business headquartered in McLean, Virginia. This policy describes how we handle information collected through myoptisynsolutions.com.

Information we collect

• Contact form submissions. Name, email address, organization, selected engagement model, and the message you write. Blueprint inquiries also include company size, workflow, timeframe, and consent to follow up. You provide this voluntarily when you send a request.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
• Campaign attribution. A Blueprint submission may include campaign tags from the page URL (such as UTM source and campaign) so we can understand where the inquiry came from. These tags are sent with your inquiry, not stored as advertising cookies.
• Optional advertising measurement. When configured, the Blueprint page offers a choice to allow Meta Pixel measurement. It loads only after you allow it, and can send page views and a successful inquiry event to Meta. Meta may receive device, browser, IP address, page URL, and cookie identifiers. We do not send your form fields as Pixel event parameters. You can decline and still submit the form. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this optional measurement.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
• To send a confirmation email when you submit the contact form.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered by Resend (email). When configured, submissions may also be stored in Supabase or sent to our workflow automation service. The site is hosted on Vercel. Optional advertising measurement is provided by Meta; scheduling is provided by Calendly. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• You can browse the site without submitting any personal information.
• You can block cookies in your browser to limit analytics tracking.
• When advertising measurement is available, use the preference control at the bottom of the Blueprint page to change your choice. A preference may be stored in your browser; existing cookies can be cleared through browser settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing leads@optisynsolutionsllc.com.

Security note

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information through this website. Use appropriate official channels for sensitive material.
